Added T2 as an optional second date/time value. If you don't specify it, then Now() will still be used to give you the current system date/time. However, if you want to get the difference between two date/time values, you can now specify T2 and it will calculate that for you.
OK, I've been beating it up for the past 20 minutes or so, and it looks good to me. Remember, the point of HowLong is to give "rough" estimates unless you specifically want the exact figure (the True option) in which case you get the specificity you ask for. At first I was like "wait a minute, that's not 3 years..." but then I remembered why I wrote the function in the first place... for the web site... and that isn't a full 4 years, so the closest single option is 3 years. The next two examples are exact.
