I am using a pdf of our stationery converted to a jpeg and imported as a photo to word thn it is set to full page size to mimic our stationery for email attachments.

Unfortunately the page numbers appear behind the photo and I've tried sending the photo to the back and the photo text wrapping is set to behind text so all the text appears on top of the photo but the word does not.

I cant set the jpeg of our stationery as a watermark as the first page differs from the continuation page if that makes sense.

I'm having to add page numbers as text box text which is taking forever on big documents. Any ideas?

I used to do all this on an IMAC with word and this never happened and now I've converted to a PC it's become a problem?

It sounds to me like you need to change the TEXT WRAPPING setting on the image to something like Square.
