I insert a table into a Word Document.
Say 10x10,
I merge two cells together. By clicking and highlighting the cells I need, this works fine either horizontally or vertically.

If I choose to use the keyboard instead of the mouse and only highlight two vertical cells the merge button won't enable.
It has to be at least 3 cells down for the button to enable.
[Horizontally is fine highlighting only two cells.]
If I highlight 3 or more then go back to two it allows me now,

Is this a bug?
Does it not realise that two cells are highlighted?

Anybody else having the same problem??

I just tried it, and yes, the same thing happens for me. It must be a bug.
