Is it better to ID the entire directory ("C:\Computer Learning Zone\Beginner Class" as one AND "C:\Computer Learning Zone\Expert Class" as two), or to have a second table of the subdirectories? Example: C:\Computer Learning Zone in Directory Table, and "Access Expert Class" in a Subdirectory.

Hi Sandra,
I personally like to store the path that is the same for all records in a separate table. If that path changes in the future you only have to change it in one place as opposed to every record in the other table.
