Is it possible to reset the merge record to the starting record?

I have a Director Resolution where I want to allocate shares to 3 shareholders.

Under Clause 7 of the resolution, the 3 shareholders are listed and the shares allocated to them (Record 1,2 and 3). Works fine.

Under Clause 8 of the resolution, I want to mention the SAME shareholders again, with the share certificate details. Problem is, instead of showing Record 1,2,and 3 ....... it shows Record 3, blank, blank

I need a way to revert to record 1 (in clause 8 of the resolution).

Is it possible?

(I am merging the Word document with an Access database. The datasource is a Query that combines 2 tables, CompanyT and ShareholderT, and has a One-to-Many relationship)
