Are you serious about the criticisms? I find that the best part. I have taken so many classes where you go over shit once and then forget about it. Your repetition is extremely valuable and important. Please don't stop.

I'm wondering about what those people meant exactly by Richard "repeating" things. Did they mean that Richard made multiple videos on the same subject? Did they refer to the way Richard speaks in his videos? There is no harm in emphasizing key ideas by saying them repeatedly. In one of his best videos, he actually says this, "Autonumbers are not for you....I don't think the people in the back row heard me, so let me say it again on a loud speaer: Autonumbers are not for you!" In other words, what did those people mean by "repeating" exactly? What was their exact wording? There are good reasons for repeating, and there are... Actually there are very few bad reasons for repeating.
It's a combination of both. Sometimes, I get people complaining that I repeat information in a single video a couple of times, and that's just to help people remember it. Then, other people complain that I'm showing how to do something that I showed how to do 6 months ago in a slightly different way. That's because it's a slightly different way. If I just showed one example on Dlookup, I would be doing people a disservice because there are dozens of different combinations of Dlookups that could be helpful. But I think this was just me blowing off some steam because I'm sick of people complaining when they're getting something for free. LOL. If you don't like my videos, don't watch them, and certainly don't pay for them. But it's usually the people who don't pay for my videos that do the most complaining, and they don't appreciate the amount of time and effort it takes to actually make these free videos. But I don't want to get on a soapbox. LOL.
