What type of membership to be if i want to what all access videos including expert and advanced levels on your website

You should always purchase seminars regardless of the membership, if you really want to learn everything it is better to take it for life, then it is the cheapest way to get rid of it, I think, but then you have to remain a member for at least 10 years or for life LOL

You want MYOLP if you want EVERYTHING. Read through there to see what level would apply to you. It would probably be either Developer or Developer Plus.
