So you guys have been asking some awesome questions of the chatbots, both the customer service and the TechHelp chatbots, and they're only as good as they're programmed to be. Obviously, with the customer service chatbot, I can add answers to questions directly to its logic, and I have been doing so. But for the TechHelp chatbot, it's only programmed with the knowledge of the TechHelp videos.
So I'm going to reserve this thread for a space where I can put answers to questions that people have asked the TechHelp champ that it doesn't have an answer for. Some of these, like this first question you'll see, are things that Access just can't do. But later on I can update the Bot with this info. So... it's a placeholder.
A: That's a good one. As far as I'm aware, Access reports don't support double underlines. The only way you can do it would be with a single field by manually drawing two lines using a line control under the field on the report. However, if you're looking for a typical double underline like you can do with Microsoft Word, then I'm afraid that's something Access doesn't support directly in text boxes.

I make double horizontal lines with an empty text box and adjusting line thickness. Not great but it meets my needs. I also do this for some vertical lines and I can make it look like one line. The advantages age I find by doing this is the line size (length) can be changed with VBA.
