It's 1:12am and I finally finished all of the customer service messages.
I tried to do as much as I could while I was stuck out of town this past week. I spent more time than I wanted to in airports, but that's not really conducive to properly replying to customer service emails. I tried to get to the urgent ones as best I could on the road, but it's just not the same. I don't have my database handy, and I can't really do much on my phone.
I just spent the better part of today replying to everyone who contacted me over the past week via the website. You should have received a response from me by now; if not, let me know. If you sent me an actual "email" email, I will try to get to those tomorrow. I know there are several hundred emails that I snoozed while I was traveling, planning to get back to them when I got home. I am now home, so I will try to get to them.
Of course, if you're still waiting to hear from me, the best thing to do is to submit your message via the customer service page on the website.
