I do have to say that I think starting this Captain's Log was a fantastic idea. I love the conversations that we have in here. You folks are some of the most interesting people in the world that I know.

I hate traditional social media. As you all know, I can't stand Facebook. Twitter is a joke. Most of my real-life friends are... let's just say not good at conversation in topics that interest me.

I love that this is a place where we can have intelligent conversations regarding issues that are both related to technology, which is what my website is all about, but also other stuff too.

So I just want to take a moment to say thank you for sharing and for giving me a little bit of thoughtful discussion in a world where social media is nothing but garbage half the time.
