Hitting the road again. Well, I mean the skies. Heading up to Philly for a day to see my fiance's family, and then to Buffalo to see mine. We told them we were never coming up there again in the winter, so this is in lieu of our "end of year" trip to see family for the holidays. Me + snow = no.
I'll have my laptop and my phone with me, of course, so I should be able to deal with any issues that arise. Sometimes when I'm traveling, I don't set my laptop up unless I absolutely need to. But I try to at least every 3rd day. If you have any problems that aren't urgent, use the customer service form. If they are urgent, also email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Of course there are plenty of self-help tools available on your My Account page if you need to cancel a membership, get your next class, or those kinds of things. There's also the AI Customer Service Bot that can assist you. But don't hesitate to email me with non-technical questions.
If you do have technical questions, like how to do stuff in Access, post em in the Forums. My guys rock, so I'm sure one of them will help you out as soon as possible. If not, I try to go thru the Forums when I have free time.
