Well, folks, I survived! I'm back from my little vacation out of town to celebrate my fiance's upcoming 40th birthday. Of course, I tried to answer as many of the critical emails as I could while I was gone, but I get in trouble if I work too much on vacation... and I don't want to get in trouble. :(
Nevertheless, I am back, and I'll be spending my Sunday tomorrow going through your emails and answering any questions that you have in the customer service bin. So hang in there, be patient, and sit tight.
