| HELP |
If you have opened up My Computer or your
Windows Explorer and have browsed to your CD-ROM drive, and there are
no files showing up on the CD, or the CD shows up as an Audio CD,
one of two things is possible: 1. You have an
older CD-ROM, CD-R, or DVD drive that cannot read our
disc (see the minimum system requirements
for details). In which case, you may return your CD for a
replacement disc and pay only for us to ship you a new CD. If your CD
shows up as an Audio CD, this is most likely the case. Older CD-ROM
drives sometimes cannot read the newer burnable CD-R discs that are in
wide use today.
2. There is indeed a problem with your
CD, and it may be blank or have bad data on it. If this is
the case, ship it back to us and we will check it. If it does not play
properly in our computers, we will ship you a replacement CD free of
charge. You may want to try checking your CD in a different computer, if
you have one available.
