New Windows Course By Richard Rost New Microsoft Windows 11 Course in Production! LinkDetailsGreetings everyone, this is Richard Rost with Computer Learning Zone. Most of you are likely familiar with my Microsoft Access courses, that makes up about 99% of what I do. However, I also offer instruction in a wide range of other topics, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and of course, Windows. Now, it's been several years since I last released a new Windows class. My last update was for Windows 8 back in 2013, so it's high time for an update. Now I understand that most of you, my faithful subscribers, are not in need of these beginner level Windows, Word, or Excel classes. I just want you to know that I'm not going to stop making the Microsoft Access and VBA classes. That's my number one priority. However, these new beginner classes for Windows and stuff are intended for your friends, your family, your co-workers, the people who constantly ask you questions on how to do things. So if you know someone who's new with computers and needs help in these beginner lessons, I would appreciate it if you would forward them to my videos. Now it's currently April of 2023 and I just released two new beginner videos for Windows. My beginner level one course is going to be just like the other ones, absolutely free. Lesson one covers what Windows is and what it does and lesson two goes over what's new in windows eleven i plan on releasing more over the coming months to teach people about computer hardware and software and how to navigate windows and all that other beginner stuff how to use a mouse those kind of things if you'd like to learn more about that make sure you subscribe to my channel and you'll find out more as it comes out but again rest assured i'm going to continue offering the advanced classes in Microsoft Access. My goal is to release at least two or three new tech help classes every week with at least one good extended cut. I love working with Access. It's not going anywhere. I just want to take a moment to let everybody know what I'm working on, what's coming up, so you're not caught off guard by the new Windows beginner classes. You think I've changed gears. I'm just adding something new. That's all. Well, new but old because back in the day I used to do a lot of different like Word and Photoshop that I don't teach anymore, that kind of stuff. But over the past like 5 to 10 years, I focused almost exclusively on Access. So now I'm just sprinkling a few more things back in the mix. But don't worry, Access isn't going anywhere. That's my love, that's my passion. So again, thanks for your attention, thanks for watching. Live long and prosper and I'll see you next time.

SummaryToday's video from Computer Learning Zone is a quick announcement about some new offerings related to Microsoft Windows training. As many of you know, the majority of my work focuses on Microsoft Access, which continues to be my top priority. I have taught Access and VBA for many years, and I will still release multiple new Access-focused TechHelp classes each week, often including at least one extended cut. I am passionate about Access and have no plans to scale back on those lessons.Recently, I realized that my Windows training was long overdue for an update. The last Windows class I released covered Windows 8 all the way back in 2013. Now, with April 2023 here, I have finally launched two new beginner-level videos for Windows. The first course, Windows Beginner Level 1, is absolutely free, much like my other introductory classes. In the first lesson, I discuss what Windows is and explain its core features. The second lesson gives an overview of what is new with Windows 11. While I know most of you, my core audience, may not need introductory classes in Windows, Word, or Excel, these new beginner courses are created for the people in your life who are new to computers. If you have friends, relatives, or colleagues who regularly ask for computer help, I encourage you to point them in the direction of these Windows beginner lessons. My goal is to help anyone just getting started with devices, whether they need to understand basic hardware, software, or how to use the mouse and navigate the operating system. As always, if you are interested in these additions, I encourage you to subscribe so you can stay updated as I release more Windows content throughout the year. And remember, the advanced Access training will continue as usual. My renewed focus on Windows does not replace Access tutorials; it is simply an expansion intended to serve a larger audience, including absolute beginners. For those who have followed me for years, you might recall that I used to teach a wide variety of topics, such as Word and Photoshop. In the past decade, I focused almost exclusively on Access, but now I am bringing back a broader range of lessons, starting with Windows. This does not mean I am changing focus or giving up on Access. Rather, I am excited to add some variety for those who want it. If you want to check out my new Windows materials, you can find a link on my website. The complete Windows Beginner Level 1 course is available to watch for free on both my website and my YouTube channel. This course is over an hour long and walks through all the entry-level basics. If you enjoy Level 1 and want more, Level 2 is available for just one dollar. The second level covers more advanced tips and will help you get the most out of Windows. I appreciate your continued support and hope you will let me know if you want to see more Windows content. The more feedback I get from viewers on what topics you find helpful, the better I can meet your learning needs. To sum up, you can find my free Windows Beginner Level 1 course, as well as information about Level 2, on my website. Visit windowslearningzone.com to explore my full catalog of training resources, including Windows, Access, Word, Excel, and more. You can find a complete video tutorial with step-by-step instructions on everything discussed here on my website at the link below. Live long and prosper, my friends.
