Hey folks. I'm back. I don't usually publicly announce when I'm leaving for vacation (for security purposes) but I just got back from a two week trip to Alaska for my 25th Anniversary. It was a gorgeous, once-in-a-lifetime trip starting in Fairbanks, taking a train down past Denali (which was just in the news) to Anchorage, and then a cruise from Seward down to Vancouver. I highly recommend it... well, except for the nightmare flight situation back to Southwest Florida, and Delta can expect a strongly worded email very soon, but everything else was awesome.
Anyhow, that's why I've been MIA for the past two weeks. I've been trying to get to as many emails as I could, but Internet coverage up there is real spotty (especially on the boat) and I haven't been able to get any REAL work done since I left. I just got through most of the customer service today - which took me about ten hours. Everyone who submitted a customer service message via the web form (which you should use) should have already received a reply. If you emailed me with regular email (which you shouldn't unless I say otherwise) will get a reply some time this week. I've got over 1000 pieces of email in there, which is why I say to use the web form!
I'll be working on Access Expert 31 this week. When that's done, I'm going to devote some time to getting some new Windows 10 lessons out. A lot of people have requested them, and Windows 8 has been #2 on the Waiting List for about 2 years now, and I've completely neglected it because I've been focused exclusively on Access lessons. So if you're still using Windows 8, I highly recommend installing the FREE upgrade to Windows 10, and I'll have lessons for it very soon.
OK, so that's what I've been up to. How've ya'll been?
