Windows Beginner Level 2 is currently still in production, but you can pre-order it now for just $1. You will get another full hour-long set of video tutorials for just one dollar.

Topics Covered

In Lesson 1, we will explore the concept of Windows (with a capital W) as a specific operating system developed by Microsoft, as well as the lowercase w "windows," which refer to the movable and resizable boxes on your screen. We will delve into the history of different versions of DOS and Windows, from the early days of command line interfaces to the more user-friendly graphical interfaces of Windows 95 and beyond. We will discuss some of the changes in Windows, starting with Windows 3, and continuing with 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11. We'll also talk about the different editions of Windows, such as Home, Pro, Enterprise, and Windows 365, which lets users run Windows in the cloud.

In Lesson 2, we will learn about what's new in Windows 11 including the redesigned user interface, the File Explorer update, the Phone Link app, enhanced performance and security, and more. We will also learn about some of the features that are gone such as Internet Explorer, Skype, Live Tiles, and others. RIP.

In Lesson 3, we will learn stuff. This is just a placeholder. Real stuff coming soon...
