I am sure you have a video for this. I want an Amount due to pop up when my patient owes money. So when I open the record, I want it to pop up so it reminds my front desk to collect it. It would also be nice if the pop up gives messages about the patient like ‘overdue for servicing’ or ask about their new grand child etc. can this be done? Can you direct me to the video, please?
