The dumbing down of America is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media... credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition... a kind of celebration of ignorance

I'm Sure I'm Not the Only One

When  working on forms and vba,  every time I close and open a form post changing some vba code I'm hearing your voice.  "Save it.  Close it.  Open it"   You have currupted my mind but I appreciate that.

My question is though what screen recording software do you use.  What do you think is best?

Richard uses Bandicam to record and Bandicut to edit. it is quite good.

Sami is correct. It's Bandicut and Bandicam. Even though I don't use Bandicut as much anymore because I wrote my own PowerShell script to piece my videos together automatically. But I still use Bandicut when I want to edit manually. I've been meaning to put together a video showing my method because everyone always asks me about what equipment I use and what software I use and what's my process. So I'll be doing that relatively soon.

Hey Bill, you forgot "decompile once in a while". I have been doing more VBA coding and I can hear Richard in my head especially if my code doesn't work the first time. Can't wait to see your process for creating the training videos. :)

I think it you be cool  to have a behind the scenes video of you making a tutorial, like all those YouTubers do of their setups and the camera is behind you recording you recording a tutorial.

Yeah, I wish I had a quarter for every time I've said "decompile once in a while". Richard is definitely in my head also!

Yeah, I'm planning something like that. I'm not going to do like me on camera and all that, but I might do a basic "this is what I use and this is how I do it."
