Can you show me where to find the sections of a form? Such as Detail "Section 0" and so on Like Title Bar, Header, and Footer.

What is this portion of the form called that has the title in it. I can't find a section number for it.

I have tried this as Section (1) with no luck. Then I tried it like above and get the error message.

The last option does change the background but I get the error message also.

Do you mean the Title Bar? You can't format it.
