I have created a template folder for standardized narrative report writing that consists of two files. A master word document with many single cell RTF and excel object links to an associated master excel spreadsheet. When I clone/copy this template folder to create a new project/report folder all of the links in the new copied/cloned word document are linked to the original master excel template worksheet and not to the new copied/cloned excel worksheet in the new project/report folder. In order to correct this I manually change the source of the links for the new copied/cloned word document from the master template excel spreadsheet to the new copied/cloned excel spreadsheet. In the dropdown window to change the source of the links, the links must be corrected one at a time. Is there a better way to set up the links in the master template folder.
