I was impressed when I had a question that was promptly replied to with advise even though I Was not a paid up member. That prompted me to be a paid up member for the time that I was working on my project. Not only did Richard email me directly (sometimes automated emails) but he had other members that tried to help in a well organsised members forum. I thnk every aspect of a beginner has been thougfully covered in his impressive turtorials which are done at a speed that I can follow and are far from boring. Ok I had to stop start as my memory is not up to much anymore but his tutorials are easy to follow. I have looked at other tutorials espcially when browsing for a particular problem and have found Richard tutorials are better then the ones I have paid for from other organisations. Almost every problem I searched for in Google came up with Richards pages. If I had had access to these 25 years ago my life would have been so much better
