If you want to delete the whole thing, it is no different than deleting any file on your computer. Go to that folder and delete it there.
If you just want to delete the data in the tables and keep the database, depending on your level you can issue a DELETE * FROM. SQL command. Alternatively, you can go in each table, select all the records and hit the delete button.
