I made a crosstab query to look at how many employees we have clocking in per day. I want to be able to see the max amount of workers we have per contracting company clocking in per day. When I set the "total of" my worker amount in the query the first record finds the max, but the rest use numbers that weren't in the database or aren't the max. For example, the max will be 19 but comes out as 11 when there is no record of the company having 11 coming in to work

I'm not sure how to fix this and I've watched more videos to try to find a fix
