We can judge our progress by the courage of our questions and the depth of our answers, our willingness to embrace what is true rather than what feels good.
I often post responses to people in the forums here. Sometimes I need to provide a link to. one of his videos Now my lakes are fell right off the top bar And I see that other posters. are able to put a nice, neat link without the url, but some blue text. I still have yet to find how to do this. I'm sure it's just a tag. But how do I do that?
It's not you, Bill. I've disabled hyperlinking for everybody except the moderators. I was getting way too many people not following the rules and posting links to other sites which I discourage. I am probably going to update the site in the near future to allow people to post links within my site and to places like Microsoft. I just have to find the time to do it. But in the meantime, just paste the link in plain text. I'm sure people who are smart enough to build Microsoft Access databases are smart enough to copy and paste a plain text URL to their address bar.
Well... most of em. :)

I can envision a combo box on your reply form that one can search for the title of content your page and it builds a nice neat link as seen on tv (599,com)

It'll make referring to your content easier for the one making the comment and give things a nicer look.
I've got a lot of features that I roll out just for myself first, and then to the moderators. Once we've tested and bullet-proofed it, I roll it out to everybody. This is something we've been using for months now. It's just a matter of taking the time to bullet-proof it so that no one can break my site.
Alex has broken the site a couple of times with untested features. My fault for not testing thoroughly. :)
