Richard's Courses and YouTube content is fantastic.  The examples used are easily applied to complex real-world business situations while still simplified enough to avoid getting lost in "the weeds" and thus obscuring the lessons.  Even developer and expert level courses are approachable and tackle most of the major hurdles I have come across building a system for our business from scratch.
