Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a Swim school owner in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa. I have a limited knowledge of microsoft access but started a database for all my students. To track monthly attendance as well as the progression history of each swimmer. Unfortunately we still have to print the documents out. I would love to have a database(Daily register/Evaluation history) that can be filled in electronically on a simple form display without anyone that is able to adjust or have access to the design or anything else but the one screen.
I realy hope this is a no brainer for you because it will make my life so much easier.

If you use an ACCDE file they will not have access to the design view. You can also hide / customize the ribbon, I think thats covered in Beginner1/2 and Expert5. You could also use the Access runtime to limit even more available options.
