I've been having an issue with viewing member videos on YouTube. When I click the link, I can hear the audio, but get a white screen where the video would play, this goes on for maybe 5 - 10 seconds then it stops altogether and I get an error message that says there's a problem with your servers (not sure if that means YOUR servers or YouTube's servers) and then it starts playing the next video. I've determined it's only happening with member first or member videos. All other videos play normally and older member and member first videos play normally. Any idea what the problem or fix is?

I haven't encountered that yet. Could you provide an example link so I can try it out?
I haven't received any other complaints. So my thought is that it's something on your system, and I have zero control over YouTube's ecosystem. If you're having problems playing videos there, you might need to contact their customer support. Generally the thing that I've learned after doing this for 20 years is if one person complains, it's something on your system, because if there's something wrong with the whole system, I get at least a dozen complaints before coffee in the morning.
And don't forget you can always watch the members-only videos here on the website.
