Richard's videos are among the best I've ever found on the myriad of different aspects of Access development. While I've just started learning from them, I love the fact that he's so easily understood; his voice is very clear and easy to understand. The examples he uses are also on point and sometimes exactly what I need to know! I highly recommend subscribing and taking advantage of as much of his tutorials as you can.

Clear communication is half the battle, whether explaining Microsoft Access or telling a joke at a family dinner.
