E-5 in the military and currently tasked to create a program to validate(ensure physical info matches digital info) +215k pieces of equipment in our database across 19 departments which splits into divisions which splits into work centers. Using guidelines to create a query for eligible items Ive determined around 120k are eligible to be validated throughout the year. The issue Im having is I dont know how to select x amount of items per division and mark them as printed(yes/no). Im still learning but Richards videos has helped me got to where I am now. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
