Hello, I watched your video How to Create a Large, Custom-Sized Checkbox in Microsoft Access Forms and Reports.  It was very helpful except there was no help when it came to the Report.

Can you please give me the final steps on how to make this show on the report?

I can get the check mark to show but not go away when it doesn't apply.
