From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, "Look at that!"
This course I found fascinating! The way the differences between SQL and Recordsets were amazing. The speed of it all is what surprised me, too! It's a lot to grasp, but I did find this course kept me wanting to see more, and setting up the Forms and building the events and code was unique. I had a few spots in the entire course that stumped me, only to find out the majority were spelling errors, and one that I somehow missed an entire section of the video. I found it when I opened the video in the download files. It opens larger, and it can be controlled with my video program to run a bit slower. I haven't quite gotten the use of the Zoomit program in the PowerToys, but I will. Looking forward to more on recordsets.

I keep a file with all kinds of SQL, Recordset templates, VBA code, etc... that I can copy and paste into my database. That way all I have to do is update the fields I am working with and don't have to worry about errors or getting the code to work each time.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. It is great to know the course kept your curiosity going and that exploring SQL versus Recordsets turned into an eye-opener, though those pesky typos can sneak up on the best of us. I am glad you found a new way to watch the videos at your own speed. Remember, every coding journey comes with a few bumps, but at least the only bugs here were spelling ones. And as Spock might say, Live long and avoid those typos.
