Wow! Thank you Richard. some how, my instinct showed me it would be possible. But then, (i guess i should try this myself), would the session variables remain the same? For example, since the website is a constant, would a set variable like Session("UserName") work across all the different dbs connected to the website while the user is navigating around the site? Please let me know MICAH

Yep. Session variables are per web site application.
