The Developer series shows practical examples of how to modify and problem solve the inevitable glitches that will come up. Starting with a practical overview of the importance VBA and its relationship to macros and sql and overall Access operation was very useful. It saved me from much frustration and time wasted. It seems like you are just supposed to "know" all that.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and I am pleased to hear that the practical overview of VBA and its connection to macros and SQL helped clear away some of the mystery. I suppose if we were all born knowing Access, I'd be out of a job. Remember, sharing knowledge is one bug you do want to catch.
