In Excel, you can increase or decrease your decimal places in a couple of good ways: With your cell (or range of cells) selected, Go to the HOME ribbon. In the Number group, just to the right of uour currency and percentage icons, are two icons for "Increase Decimals" and "Decrease Decimals". Click on the Decrease icon to accomplish your goal.
