I keep getting an error that says:
Access to the path 'C:\Praymeet.dat' is denied.
what am I doing wronge ?

Are you running your application with ADMINISTRATOR privileges? By default, regular user accounts can't just write to any folder they want. You need to stick to your Documents user folder.
