When I =CONCATENATE(Z3," ",AB3," ",AC3)I get the following Woburn, MA 01801. When I try to copy it down a column I get this MA 18014805. How can I correct this?

Are you hovering over the corner when the cursor turns to the black square and double clicking to copy down the sheet? Is it the columns that don't change and just the rows? You could lock the column with a $ to be sure.
