Can anyone help me? I run a swim school and at the end of every term I manually invoice over 500 parents for the next terms invoices. Unfortunately instead of sending them I need to upload them onto their online account via the back end of my website so mass mailmerge/attachments can't work. I need each invoice saved as a normal excel format and a PDF so i can upload that later.
Is there anyway of creating a button that when I press it the invoice is saved in both formats using a couple of cells as the name of the file and the excel and PDF file being placed straight into an invoice folder? This would save be so much time.
Kind regards
Mark

The would be quite a complex piece of VBA but is possible. You can name files whatever you need, using values from the worksheet, the current date etc.
PDF Look into the "ExportAsFixedFormat" Function
FTP You can transfer files to your server using FTP and the Microsoft Internet Transfer Control (MSINET.OCX) Look at adding that as a Reference in the VBA editor.
