i actually used =IF(ISBLANK(N5),"",(WORKDAY(N5,21,1))) and then used the conditional formatting for "Date Occuring" for This month, Last Month, and Next month. :-) NOW, If I import to Access will conditional formatting import also? eeek

The formatting would need to be configured in Access as that is Form Based and your data would be in a Table
