I've developed an online job application for an agency that I do computer service and website design for. See:

When an applicant submits this form, an email is sent to the Human Resource Dept. using Persists Mailsender. Staff at the agency are not satisfied with this approach because the email that they receive is just a text based list of the fields from the form. They would like to receive an email with an attached application form that looks the same way that it does on the website. I was hoping that I could somehow do this using ASP or perhaps creating an online database, but now I'm not so sure. Any ideas?
