Dennis, ASP is only capable of sending TEXT BASED emails. The best you can do is lay out the fields they way they want to see them. You really can't format the document "pretty" with graphics and fonts and all that jazz JUST with ASP. There are 3rd-party converters you could get to create PDF or Word documents using ASP, but honestly I've never used them, so I really can't direct you in that manner.
The only other solution I could think of would be for you to build a front-end for your web site in Microsoft Access. Give this to the users. They could then use the Access database to download the data from the web site, and you could use an Access Report to format the data. This might be easier.
