Richard: Thanks so much for the reply. I think if I could just lay out the fields similar to the way they are on the form, it would be good enough for the users, but I've only been able to get a list (one field per line). I've gotten up to your ASP 102 course so far. Is the method to do this covered in your advanced courses? If not I will continue on and plan on developing the access database, I have other uses for it anyways. Keep up the good work, I have recommended your coursed to several of my clients here in the Watertown NY area.
