VLookup to return multiple values
Anthony P M

I have just finished the course for Vlookup, very good. My problem is I have a spreadsheet with approximately 40,000 training documents, each training doc has a different number of trainers, I have a second spreadsheet with all the trainers in. Using Vlookup I tried to bring in the trainers for each training doc, I got it too work but it only brings in one person. How do I bring in all the different people for one training document and how do I get the cell to expand to show all the different trainers for a particular training document, hope you understand? Maybe there is a different way of doing this, please advise.

Reply from Alex Hedley:

You could migrate it to a database and have a form with a subform.

Another option is to use an Array Formula, so CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER with INDEX.
