Every act of conscious learning requires the willingness to suffer an injury to one's self-esteem. That is why young children, before they are aware of their own self-importance, learn so easily.
Dear Richard, Thanks for your e-mail. Two weeks ago I saw a book on Excel in Amazon UK so I purchased it. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered - the author was you and the book was "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Microsoft Excel 2010 (2-in 1). So Iv'e now got the course and the book! Best regards, Kelvin Williams
Ha ha. That's awesome. I haven't heard from anyone who has purchased my book in a LONG time. It was released in 2011, so that's nine years ago already. Man, it seems like yesterday. Thanks for the purchase - the videos AND the book. One of these days I'm going to write another one. Maybe. Videos are so much more my thing. The agent from the book company found me on YouTube and contacted ME to write it. I was honored.
