Wow. That's an old one. I have no idea what's on it because I haven't kept any CDs that old. I've got a few of the newer ones here on my shelf, but nothing that old. I stopped shipping CDs last year. In any case, you can always download your courses from your My Account page. You don't need the CD. In fact, I don't even have the passwords for the ZIP files on that CD. I used to rotate them every once in a while (hence the version number).
