I have greatly appreciated the pace, tone, & the content of these videos. They are very easy & fun to listen too. I have been very impressed & look forward to watching them. I think they are well oiled videos so far.

I had some issues with a few of my courses populating in the My Courses section. Richard reached out to me personally & fix the issue very quickly. I was very impressed with his sense of urgency.

I am only on the Beginner Level courses & I honestly started this program dreading them before they began. However Richard has brought Excel to life for me & does a fantastic job keeping you well instructed! Great job on the courses they are worth every penny!
