I am putting this up just to say how much you are helping people including myself specially when you get lost like I do and you get back to people when you are able to your fantastic with your support for Microsoft access just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for all your help even when I do send more than one email
Thank you, Michelle. Alex and I do our best. It can be challenging sometimes. It's very hard to tell what's wrong with someone's database without actually being able to SEE it and play with it, but that takes SO much time (to have someone email me their database, extract it, open it, play around with it, and figure out the problem.) I'm 15 minutes in before I even have a chance to figure out the problem. There just isn't enough time in the day to help everyone out (for free). I wish I could. My inbox is PACKED with support requests... so I do the best I can. Thanks for acknowledging that.
