I downloaded now the advanced 5 lesson and that's how it looks like, I never had it so, so I am putting posting here to make sure if it's not a virus going on
Nope. That's perfectly normal. Those are just random suffixes added to the filenames. In the Classic Theater where you can watch the courses online, I used to make lesson 0 (the Intro) free to the public, but the rest of the lessons had to be purchased. Since they were all stored in the same folder on the web server, a smart hacker could just change the video URL and watch the lessons for free. This prevents him from easily guessing the next video filename. :)
