I have a spreadsheet that contains inspection dates and times. The date and time is stored in a single cell, however the dates and times are all recorded in Zulu time (UTC). what im trying to do is 2 part, 1 add spin buttons to change the date and time of the single cell. IE one spin button for month one for day, hour min etc. and secondly in an adjacent cell convert the Zulu time to local. Any help? I have attempted this with limited results.. if you need details of what I have tried I will provide but any help is greatly appreciated.
