I have to give grades to the students marks with about 12 different grades like 95 marks -- A++, 90 marks -- A+, 80 marks -- A, 70 marks -- B+, so on. But the nested IF function allows only 7 IF's. How to overcome this problem ? Is there any other way to do it with another function ? Please help me. Thanks. Ramu Answer from Richard Rost:
