Thank you for helping those of us who need it!  I am trying to download and open a file for a class I am taking and I get a message saying "Windows does not recognize this file type".  I believe the download is in mp4 format?? Does that make sense?  I have tried DriverCure through Pareto, but that did not help..

Any assistance would be very much appreciated

An MP4 file is a video file. You just need a program on your computer that knows how to play MP4 files. I recommend the VLC Media Player:
